Delivery and Returns

The rates below show what you’ll pay if you order 1, 2 or 3 sushi kits. For orders of more than 3 kits, the delivery charge will be calculated based on weight. Find out the exact price using the Shipping Calculator below your Cart (no need to register).

We know what it’s like buying stuff online and we get that it’s hard to know if what you are seeing on screen is going to be just as great when it arrives. That’s why we have a ‘no quibble’ returns policy on full-price, non-sale purchases. You can return things (unused and unopened) within 7 days of receiving your order.

We personally check all our stock and pack your order ourselves to be sure it is not faulty or damaged but if you receive an item that you deem to be broken or faulty, you should get in touch with us to let us know. You, the customer, can choose whether to receive a store credit or full refund on a damaged item.

Damaged items should be returned within 7 days of receipt with all labels and packaging intact. Once we’ve checked your return, your refund or store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item including associated shipping costs.
